The End of Clogs for Every Oil

PrecisionFlow™ Atomizers are engineered to match the viscosity and behavior of your oil. No clogs, no dry hits, no flooding. Then we tune airflow and temperature on every device to match your preferred hit.

No guesswork. No returns. Just hardware that works.

How PrecisionFlow™ Works

Most vape hardware is sold as one vape for every oil. One atomizer, one heating wire. Maybe you get to pick a ceramic or metal center post or can choose to go postless. Maybe you're told that choice changes how it hits. Either way, the spec sheet promises the same part fits everything from thin live resin to thick distillate. It doesn't. Oil viscosity changes how fast an atomizer saturates, how much heat it takes to vaporize cleanly, and how hard a user has to pull. If one atomizer truly covered every oil, no brand would ever ship a vape that clogs, leaks, or tastes burnt. But they do.

Force one spec across that whole range and you get the failures every brand knows: flooding on thin oils, dry hits on thick ones, clogs in the field, and returns you eat months after the sale.

PrecisionFlow™ solves all that. Before we build anything, we study your formulation: cannabinoid and terpene load, extraction method, and how it behaves at room temperature and cold. That tells us three things, and we set each one on purpose.

First, the atomizer. We pick the core that matches your viscosity, from Lite for ultra-thin live resins to our Rosin atomizer for solventless extracts, so it saturates at the rate your oil actually moves. Second, airflow. We tune the draw on every unit, tight, balanced, or open, so the hit feels right without the user touching a setting. Third, temperature. We match your oil to a heat curve that vaporizes it fully without scorching the terpenes, because rosin and thick distillate do not want the same energy.

The result is hardware built for one oil, yours, instead of averaged across all of them. That is why we had zero batch returns in 2025 across every oil type we shipped. Not a lower failure rate. Zero.

Why Vapes Fail

Thin floods. Thick won’t saturate. Mismatched hardware leads to clogs, leaks, and burnt hits.

PrecisionFlow™ fixes it at the atomizer. We change the atomizer to fit your oil. No dry hits. No clogs. No returns.

Then we fine-tune airflow and temperature, tight or open draw, low to high heat, so every hit feels exactly right.

Choose the Right Atomizer

Each PrecisionFlow™ atomizer is engineered for a specific viscosity range. Whether your oil is ultra-thin, thick, or rosin-based, we’ve built a core that handles it. No dry hits, no overburn, no clogging.

Control the Airflow

We tune airflow on every unit to match your perfect hit: tight, balanced, or open. No guesswork. No user adjustment. Just the draw you want, every time.

Set the Temperature

We match your oil to the right heat curve: no overheating, no underperforming. Different oils vaporize at different temperatures. Rosin needs lower heat. Thick distillates need more.

Built to Last the Whole Tank

A vape that passes a five-hit test tells you almost nothing. Hardware that isn’t spec’d correctly fails at the end of the tank, and the last 10 to 15 percent is the part your customer cares about most. The early hits taste good. They don’t clog or leak. The pilot run looks clean. Then volume exposes the truth: a few percent of carts clog, leak, or burn, your support inbox fills up, and the customers who got a bad pen do not come back. A few cents saved per unit turns into thousands in returns and a brand reputation you cannot buy back.

PrecisionFlow™ is the opposite trade. We tune the hardware to your oil up front so the failures never reach your customers. Every configuration is available in our 510 thread cartridges, all-in-ones, and our pod system.

If you are still comparing options, our vape hardware manufacturer guide walks through how we test for failure before it ever ships, and the blog covers the formulation and hardware questions brands ask us most.

The hardware is custom, the pricing is custom, and the consultation is one to one. Tell us about your oil and we will build the device around it.
