Why do most vapes clog?

Clogging is a design problem, not a user problem. Most manufacturers use a one-size-fits-all atomizer and tweak aperture size or resistance, then blame the consumer when it fails. PrecisionFlow™ engineers the full airflow and thermal system to match each oil, which is why our customers don’t experience clogging.

Yes. Every unit ships with a PrecisionFlow™ atomizer tuned to your oil. While certain units are more commonly paired with specific oil types, any unit can be configured for any formulation.

All of them. Our vapes are compatible with Thompson Duke, Detroit Dispensing Solutions (DDS), ATG Pharma, Vape Jet, and all other popular automated filling platforms. Units ship pre-racked for fast filling.

How do I fill and cap Finished Goods vapes?

Heat the oil to the lowest temperature that still lets it flow into the device, watching viscosity rather than a fixed number. Fill with an 18-gauge needle for all-in-ones, or 14-gauge or smaller for 510 carts, leaving 1–2mm of headspace. Cap within 2 minutes by hand (consult us before machine capping). If the oil runs thin, like olive oil (usually above 125°F), store the units upside down for about 10 minutes after capping, then rest them right side up for at least 36 hours before testing.
