Our reported failure rate across all SKUs is 0.02%. Since January 2025 we have had zero batch-level returns, not a single production run sent back for a quality issue.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum is 500 units per SKU for all-in-ones and 1,000 units per SKU for 510 cartridges, with no maximum. Custom packaging generally starts at 500 units, and rotogravure-printed Mylar starts at 7,500.

Should I choose an all-in-one, a 510 cartridge, or the Pod System?

An all-in-one is a single sealed unit with the battery and tank built together: simple branding, a consistent consumer experience, and no compatibility issues. A 510 cartridge screws onto a reusable battery, so consumers keep the battery and swap cartridges. The Pod System sits in between: a reusable battery with replaceable pods, so consumers can switch strains without a new device.

Yes, and we recommend it. Send your specs and an oil sample at the start. We match the atomizer to your oil, and you validate a production-quality sample, ready in 2 weeks, before your order goes into production.

What 510 cartridges do you offer?

Seven models. The G510 comes in 0.5ml, 1.0ml, 1.2ml, and 1.5ml. The P510 and Z510 come in 0.5ml and 1.0ml. The 2G Slim and 2G Wide are large-format 2.0ml cartridges. The G510 and P510 each come in stainless steel or contaminant-free brass. Compare every cartridge.

Should I choose glass or polycarbonate?

Borosilicate glass gives a rigid, premium tank. Polycarbonate is a lighter alternative. The right choice depends on your oil, brand position, and packaging, so test your exact filled configuration before a production order.

Do your cartridges fit standard 510 batteries?

Yes. Every cartridge uses the standard 510 thread, so it fits any standard 510 battery, including ours.

Five 510 thread batteries from 320 to 650 mAh. The M550, B650, and M400 have variable voltage and a digital display, the S320 is slim and inhale-activated, and the G320 is compact and button-activated. Digital printing has no setup fees, starts at 500 units, and lets you run multiple designs in one production run. Rotogravure starts at 7,500 units and gives a lower cost per unit and perfect color consistency on high-volume runs.

How do I fill and cap Finished Goods vapes?

Accepted Answer

Heat the oil to the lowest temperature that still lets it flow into the device, watching viscosity rather than a fixed number. Fill with an 18-gauge needle for all-in-ones, or 14-gauge or smaller for 510 carts, leaving 1–2mm of headspace. Cap within 2 minutes by hand (consult us before machine capping). If the oil runs thin, like olive oil (usually above 125°F), store the units upside down for about 10 minutes after capping, then rest them right side up for at least 36 hours before testing.
