We’ll always get back to you on the same day if you message us during business hours. We’re never too busy for our customers.
We ship your products directly from our warehouses in California, China, and Mexico. Deliveries from California take 2-5 days. Deliveries from China take 7-14 days via air freight, 25-30 days via premium sea, 35-40 days via 20ft containers and 45-50 days via 40ft containers.
We offer a variety of shipping options to the US and Canada.

- Air freight: 10-14 days
- 20ft container via private ports: 38-42 days
- 40ft container via regular sea freight: 50-60 days

We’re located in the heart of cannabis culture, Los Angeles, California. Most of our manufacturing is done in Shenzhen, China, where we’ve been operating since 2016 and have over 575 employees. We also have employees in Mexico working on some exciting new manufacturing developments.
We operate in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Brazil and have even done shipments to Uganda.

All of them are. It’s a top priority. Heavy-metal tests are required in states like California, Colorado, Michigan, Florida, and more. Our products are likely being tested 5 days per week by our clients. In addition, we only use the highest quality materials and electroplating processes, and run in-house tests on our raw materials.
Yes. We test for arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead and mercury. Please ask us for documentation.
For vaporizer center posts, we use dental-grade ceramic, lead-free brass, and 316 medical-grade stainless steel depending on our customers’ request. Our polycarbonate tanks are BPA-free. Our cotton is organic and does not contain pesticides. Our borosilicate glass does not contain arsenic, cadmium, mercury, or lead.
