WEBVTT

00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:03.180
 These big losses, all the customers were calling it like bad batches.

00:00:03.180 --> 00:00:07.880
 You'd sell 100,000 carts here, 100,000 carts there, exact same cart, same process, same

00:00:07.880 --> 00:00:08.880
 manufacturer.

00:00:08.880 --> 00:00:10.820
 That one customer would be like none of these carts work.

00:00:10.820 --> 00:00:14.160
 We thought it was weird because everyone claimed to use good materials.

00:00:14.160 --> 00:00:18.240
 That let us on this journey of figuring out how different atomizers interact with different

00:00:18.240 --> 00:00:25.460
 oils, what it does to the end result for the customer.

00:00:25.460 --> 00:00:28.560
 When we figured out that you could change the atomizer, that really opened our eyes

00:00:28.560 --> 00:00:33.680
 to what is now, you know, Finished Goods entire hardware line, which we have five different

00:00:33.680 --> 00:00:34.680
 atomizers.

00:00:34.680 --> 00:00:38.200
 They're all made of different ceramic compounds and they all interact with different viscosity

00:00:38.200 --> 00:00:40.200
 oils differently.

00:00:40.200 --> 00:00:44.880
 We make vape hardware and packaging, all in ones, 510 thread carts, 510 thread batteries,

00:00:44.880 --> 00:00:48.200
 and then all different kinds of packaging, basically anything you can put weed in or smoke

00:00:48.200 --> 00:00:49.200
 it out of.

00:00:49.200 --> 00:00:52.880
 In 2025, we didn't have a single order that got returned for any kind of product quality

00:00:52.880 --> 00:00:53.880
 issues.

00:00:53.880 --> 00:00:56.400
 Of course, there's always going to be like little issues that happen at the dispensary

00:00:56.400 --> 00:01:01.320
 level, but on a macro scale with all of our orders, we didn't have a single customer that

00:01:01.320 --> 00:01:05.300
 either left Finished Goods or tried to return an order because of some kind of issue with

00:01:05.300 --> 00:01:07.680
 the vape hardware.

00:01:07.680 --> 00:01:13.000
 We're super happy to be providing a product and service that is just one less headache

00:01:13.000 --> 00:01:14.720
 for our customers to think about.
